Service Description

LeafLedger provides a platform for individuals to subscribe to monthly tree planting services. We partner with Veritree to plant mangrove trees in Brazil's Jaguar Corridor, supporting conservation efforts and community development.

Subscription Services

Our subscription plans include:

• 1 tree per month for $1
• 3 trees per month for $3
• 5 trees per month for $5
• 10 trees per month for $10

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Tree Planting Commitment

We are committed to planting the trees you subscribe for. However, tree planting is subject to:

• Seasonal planting windows and weather conditions
• Local community availability and capacity
• Environmental and regulatory requirements
• Partnership agreements with Veritree

We will communicate any delays or changes in planting schedules through our platform.

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LeafLedger and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

LeafLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
